The Historical Department, the Department of Nature and the administration of the Drohobych Museum are located in the former building of the Drohobych County Council (1894). The exposition of the museum, opened in 1940, was based on the collections of Count Lyantskoronsky, the Hirovsky Jesuit School, as well as part of the collection of the Sambir Museum. In particular, the oldest pottery in the Carpathians, bronze treasure of the Early Iron Age, a certificate confirming Drohobych Magdeburg law, scales for weighing salt, public cash register of the XVI century, a collection of coins of the XIV-XIX centuries. etc. To mark the 60th anniversary of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, a diorama-model "Insurgent Hideout" was opened, which was made according to the description of the UPA commander S. Stebelsky.

Drohobych Saltworks is a museum enterprise that has been operating continuously since the 13th century. to this day. It is considered one of the oldest permanent industrial enterprises in the world and the oldest in Ukraine. The saltworks in Drohobych was first mentioned in 1250. Since then, she has been working continuously in the same place - near the salt brine lakes, from which salt is extracted by evaporation. It was around this enterprise that the city of Drohobych developed, becoming a significant industrial and commercial center of Galicia. The saltworks flourished in Austrian times. The technical base in Soviet times was updated, salt production reached 10-11 thousand tons per year, but now the technology has returned to the artisanal level, the general condition of the old shops is a cause for concern. Until recently, the plant was leased by CJSC "Drohobych-Galka", but in 2013 the company was returned to state ownership. It is planned to build a new shop and create a museum on the basis of old production facilities. Excursions are available by prior arrangement.

Fromages d "Elise", also known as the Chevreut Farm, is located in Dmitrovichy, on the outskirts of Sudova Vyshna. The farm is built according to European standards of traditional farming. The main products are goat cheeses based on goat's milk, which are grown on the farm, as well as ecologically clean meat (goat, beef) and meat products. Excursions are conducted by prior arrangement.

The Museum of the Sambir-Drohobych Eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church was opened in Truskavets near the Church of St. Nicholas. The exposition tells about the life and work of prominent figures of the Catholic Church of the Eastern Rite, such as Archbishop I. Kuntsevich, Metropolitan A. Sheptytsky, Patriarch J. Slipiy. Ancient books, church utensils, other objects of sacred art are presented. Sacred relics of the museum: relics of St. Jehoshaphat, a lock of hair of Metropolitan Andrew, a cape of the Metropolitan, personal belongings of Patriarch Joseph, a copy of the charter of the Brest Union.

The Gallery of Sacred Art in Drohobych was opened in 1996 in a building built in the early twentieth century. Vice-Mayor J. Feierstein. The first museum of Hetman Ivan Vyhovsky in Ukraine was opened in 2004 in the village of Ruda near Zhydachiv. From 1660, for more than a hundred years, this village belonged to the Vyhovsky family. From their estate there is a house of the governor, which houses an exhibition reflecting the period of struggle for independence of Ukraine from the Zaporozhian Sich to the end of 1940-50's. In particular, a painting by an unknown artist (XIX century), which depicts the wife of Ivan Vyhovsky Olena Stetkevych. Among the exhibits - works of sacred art of the XVII-XIX centuries. The icon of the Ascension (an unknown artist of the second half of the 18th century) from the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in the village of Yosypovyche in the Stryj Region, the family church of the Vyhovskys, is preserved here. The icon was restored in 2004 by employees of the restoration department of the Lviv Art Gallery. The museum exhibits objects of material culture found near the former castle of the hetman in the village of Ruda. Among the rare ones are oak doors from the Vyhovsky family church with a gift inscription of the daughter-in-law of Hetman T. Zavadska, the wife of Ostap's son.

The center of local history "House in Deep" of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve "Tustan" opened in 2013 as a rural cultural and public center. It is located in one of several dozen authentic Boyko houses of the early XX century, preserved in the village of Urych. The house-museum presents a modern ethnographic exhibition "Unnecessary? The story of Urych in objects and images", which presents old photos, household items, memories of the villagers. The exposition uses modern technologies of material presentation with the use of multimedia means.

The Ivan Franko Literary Memorial Museum-Estate was established in the writer's homeland in the village of Nahujevychi. Here he was born in 1856 in the family of a blacksmith, spent his childhood, and then repeatedly returned to his native place. In his works, he vividly described his childhood memories when he spent time as a child in his parents' smithy. The first exhibition was opened in 1946 in a small house of the writer's nephew. Later, on the site of Frank's estate, according to his descriptions and photographs, his parents' house with cozy rooms was recreated. In the colorful yard - stable, smithy, barn with tools and apiary. Opposite is the building of the Literary Memorial Museum with an exhibition of the first editions of the writer's works, next to which is the sculptural group "Ivan Franko and World Literature". Wooden carved sculptures symbolizing the ideals, literary heroes and close people of the writer are installed at the entrance to Nahujevychi, as well as in the Frankish Garden.

The Ivan Trush Art Memorial Museum in Lviv was opened in 1989, on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the artist's birth. It is a two-storey building built in 1910 by order of the artist designed by the famous Ukrainian architect Oleksandr Lushpynsky in the style of the late Art Nouveau. He lived here with his family until the end of his life. The museum exposition presents the main pages of the painter's life and work, presents him as a prominent Ukrainian impressionist, landscape master, portraitist, author of genre compositions, as well as popularizer of Ukrainian culture, editor and publisher of Ukrainian magazines, active public figure of the early twentieth century. Portraits of prominent Ukrainian figures, paintings with views of Lviv and Kyiv, landscapes of the Crimea and the Carpathians, Italian and Egyptian landscapes, as well as family photos and memorials are presented. The Ivan Trush Museum is a branch of the National Museum in Lviv named after Andrey Sheptytsky.

The pharmacy-museum of the world-famous inventor of industrial oil refining Johann Zeg opened in 2021 in the city park of culture and recreation of Boryslav, is still a leading center of the oil industry of Galicia. Here is one of the largest deposits of ozokerite, ie mountain paraffin, which has medicinal properties. The exposition of the museum acquaints visitors with the history of Galician pharmaceuticals, experiments on oil distillation, extraction and use of ozokerite, prominent figures of Boryslav and the life of Johann Zeg. In particular, a model of a distiller is presented - a device for dividing oil into fractions, as well as a collection of pharmacy bars and kerosene lamps of different eras.

The museum of the famous Ukrainian Baroque sculptor Johann Georg Pinsel (Ivan Georgy Pinzel) is located in the former church of the Poor Clares, which is an architectural monument of the XVII century. Modest in architecture, but luxuriously painted from the middle, the church was built in 1607 by Paul the Roman and Bernard Avelides on the site of an old chapel of nuns of the Poor Clares of the Bernardine Order. Since then, the Renaissance elements of the side facade of the church from Lychakivska Street have been preserved. In the 1740s the church underwent a Baroque reconstruction, and during the restoration of 1938-1939 the tower was completed. The interiors of the church are decorated with paintings by Stanislav Stroinsky made in the XVIII century, some later plots in the southern nave belong to the brush of Tadeusz Popel. Since 1996, the Church of the Poor Clares houses the Museum of Baroque Sculpture of Johann Georg Pinsel, which is called "Ukrainian Michelangelo". Here is the richest collection of unique baroque sculptures by master, which were found and saved in the 1970s. The Johann Georg Pinsel Museum is a department of the Lviv National Art Gallery named after Borys Voznytsky.

The palace of Lviv patrician, rich merchant of Greek origin Konstantin Korniakt on Rynok Square is a pearl of residential Renaissance architecture of Lviv, an architectural monument of national importance. The house was built in 1580 by architect Peter Barbon with the participation of his student Paul Rymlianyn. For some time it was owned by the Sobieski royal family, receiving the second name "Royal Townhouse". It is in the Korniakt Palace is the famous Italian (Venetian) courtyard on the model of the Renaissance Italian cortile, which surrounds the inner perimeter with open galleries under the arcades. The gallery presents an exhibition of sculptures, in particular "Justice and Justice" – a shameful pillar (pranger), which stood on the front in front of Lviv City Hall.
Now the administration of the Lviv Historical Museum is located in the palace. The permanent exposition of the department "Korniakt Palace" presents the history of the house through the fate of its inhabitants in the context of the history of the city, region, Europe. The "Royal Chambers" are traditionally called the four former ceremonial halls of the royal residence, located on the second floor of the building. Today, the preserved interiors of the early 19th century feature paintings, sculptures, samples of salon furniture, clocks, porcelain, musical instruments, ancient European orders, and rare memorials. One of the most popular exhibits is a mysterious black chair in the form of a winged dragon. Usually, at the end of the tour you can hear the live sound of the music box Symphonion.
There is a café with outdoor tables and an antique shop in the Italian courtyard.

The Leopold Levitsky Art Memorial Museum was established in the artist's former home in Lviv. Located in a house built in 1891 by Gustav Byzantium. Prominent Ukrainian graphic artist of the twentieth century Leopold Levitsky is considered one of the pioneers of Ukrainian graphic design and advertising. His museum was founded in 1984 on the initiative of the artist's wife Genya Levitskaya. The exposition in three rooms highlights the artist's creative achievements in graphics and painting, but also recreates the special environment of the Lviv intelligentsia in which he lived and worked. The elegant Renaissance building was built for Count Sapieha, but was later rebuilt by the architect Jan de Witte for the Lubomyrski family. Lviv National Gallery of Arts named after Borys Voznytsky is one of the largest art museums in Ukraine. Its funds number more than 62 thousand works of art from different eras. It was founded in 1914 as the Lviv Art Gallery and has since been housed in a house built in 1874, which belonged to the prominent historian and collector Vladislav Lozynsky. Now the administration of the Lviv National Art Gallery and its department "European Art of the XIX-XXI Centuries" are located in the Lozynsky Palace. About 400 works by French, Austrian, German, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian masters are presented in 24 halls. The pearl is considered to be the only work in Ukraine by Georges de la Tour "The moneylender", one of the most expensive and most valuable paintings of world importance in the country. Only 32 paintings of this mysterious European master have survived in the world. There are also several portraits of Arthur Grotger, "Portrait of a Daughter" by Heinrich Rodakowski and others. The art halls of Lviv of 1900-1930 acquaint with the works of artists who were members of the associations ANUM, ARTES, "New Generation".
