Mykolayiv Historical and Local History Museum

Museum / gallery

The Historical and Local History Museum of Mykolayiv was opened in 1989 in one of the old one-story buildings in the city center opposite the Greek Catholic Church of St. Nicholas. In the department of archeology you can get acquainted with the archeological materials of the Stilsko settlement and the collection of ancient weapons. The ethnographic section of the museum is devoted to the history of ancient Nikolaev crafts - pottery and flax processing. The model of the Nikolaev cement plant is presented.
