Heritage center of Vyhoda narrow-gauge railway

The Vyhoda Narrow Gauge Railway Heritage Center is housed in an old building built in 1855, where Baron Leopold Popper von Podhragy, the founder of the Vyhoda Narrow Gauge Railway, lived. After reconstruction, the building was transformed into a modern interpretive visitor center "Carpathian Tram", the final station of which is located nearby. The interactive exposition tells about the local nature and forest ecosystem of the Carpathians, the history of the woodworking industry, the emergence of the Vyhoda narrow-gauge railway, ethnography, folk crafts and more. In the center you can rent equipment for active tourism, buy guides, maps, souvenirs.

Museum "Boykivshchyna" by Tatiana and Omelyan Antonovich

The Dolyna Museum of Local Lore "Boykivshchyna" was opened in 2003 thanks to the world-famous Antonovych Charitable Foundation (USA). The exposition tells about the nature, history and culture of Boykivshchyna - an ethnographic region on the northern and southern slopes of the Carpathians. The greatest interest is the reconstruction of the appearance and interior of the Boyko house - a typical Boyko house, consisting of a large living room (room), a corridor (hall) and a room for cattle. Here are collected authentic furniture, tools, household items and traditional Boyko clothes. There are also departments of nature of the Carpathian region, the history of the city of Dolyna, Boyko life and ethnography, sacred art. The Antonovych family's memorial room contains materials about their life in the Valley, emigration to the United States and philanthropy.

Stepan Bandera Historical and Memorial Museum

The Stepan Bandera Historical and Memorial Museum was opened in the village where the ideologue of the Ukrainian national movement was born in 1909. The Bandera family lived here from 1906 to 1933. The exposition reveals the environment in which Stepan Bandera grew up and was educated, illustrates the life and work of the OUN leader. Personal belongings, documents, photos are presented. The collection of Ukrainian banknotes of the XX century is exhibited.
