General information about Museum of the Kosach family (Novohrad-Volynskyi)
The house-museum of the Kosach family was opened in 1999 in the reconstructed Zavadsky house, where Lesya Ukrainka's literary family lived for 6 years. The exposition is based on the lifetime publications of Olena Pchilka (mother of Lesya Ukrainka), M. Drahomanov (uncle of Lesya Ukrainka), Lesya Ukrainka herself. There is also a music school on site.
Будинок-музей родини Косачів відкрито в 1999 році в реконструйованому будинку Завадських, у якому літературна родина Лесі Українки прожила 6 років. Основу експозиції складають прижиттєві видання Олени Пчілки (матері Лесі Українки), М. Драгоманова (дядька Лесі Українки), самої Лесі Українки. У приміщенні також розташовано музичну школу.
