Cheese-museum "Hata-staya"
Cheese-museum "Hata-staya" was opened in 2014. The "staya" is a traditional element of the Polonyn estate of Hutsul shepherds, where budz cheese is made from sheep's milk. The real century-old Hutsul house was moved by the owners from a remote village. The oldest part of the building is a room with an oven, where embroidered shirts and towels, dishes (plates, jars), carpets, etc. are collected. Here the hosts prepare meals in the oven. The second room "Hutsul room" is intended for master classes and tastings.
