Білас прославився як майстер текстильної пластики, образно-виразних іграшок, автор неперевершених сюжетних панно та аплікацій. В експозиції – унікальні, створені в єдиному екземплярі килими, гобелени, покривала, рушники у стилі модерн із яскравими фольклорними мотивами.
