Косівський музей визвольної боротьби Прикарпатського краю присвячений історичним подіям 1920-54 рр., коли в Україні, зокрема на Прикарпатті, точилася боротьба українського народу за незалежність. Експозиція висвітлює героїчну боротьбу Української повстанської армії, діяльність Організації українських націоналістів, боротьбу мирних жителів із окупаційними режимами, репресії проти патріотів. Відтворено інтер'єр притулку партизанів.
