Solochyn

The village of Solochin is located between Svalyava and Polyana. The name comes from the word "soloch", which means "salt" or "salt marsh". Since the 18th century. 15 sources of mineral waters have been explored, on the basis of which the sanatorium "Kvitka Poloniny" and other resort establishments operate.

Село Солочин розташовано між Свалявою та Поляною. Назва походить від слова "Солоч", що означає "сіль" або "солончак". З XVIII ст. розвідано 15 джерел мінеральних вод, на базі яких діє санаторій "Квітка полонини" та інші курортні установи.
