The village of Mizhgirya is a picturesque regional center on the Khust-Dolina highway, from where many tourist routes to the mountains begin. Located on the banks of the river. Rika is surrounded by Borzhava and Krasnaya polonyns. It was first mentioned in the 15th century. like Volovoe. It was owned by the Hungarian feudal lords Urmezeev, then Dovgaev, Lipchaev. The wooden Church of the Resurrection of the Lord was built in 2006 after the model of the old church in Krekhov in the Lviv region.
