The village of Chernorudka is located 25 km northwest of Ruzhin. It has been known since 1620. Development is associated with the opening in 1870 of the Chernorudka railway station on the Kazatin - Fastov line. One of the estates of the sugar refiners Tereshchenko was located here. Preserved water tower, reminiscent of the tower of a medieval castle.
