Zarubyntsi

The village of Zarubintsy is located 10 km r northeast of Andrushevka. It has been known since 1602. In 1746, the wooden Intercession Church was laid, which was rebuilt in the 19th century. and has survived to this day. ?All R. XIX century. the village (together with the neighboring village of Tarasovka) belonged to the landowner A. Prushinsky. In the 2nd floor. XIX century. part of the land was acquired by A. Tereshchenko. There were 8 mills, 2 smithies, 3 shops and a church school in the village. In 1941 there were 1885 residents and 454 households.
