The village of Bilylivka on the river. Rastavitsa is located between Ruzhin and Kazatin. It has been known since 1071 as Rastovets. An ancient Rus settlement has been preserved on the right bank of the river. Taking root in the XVI century. the name Bilylivka comes from the color of the clay that has been mined here for a long time. In 1608, these lands were acquired by A. Koretskaya from the Khodkevich family, the mistress of Korets. At her expense, a castle and an Orthodox monastery were built in Bilylivka. Prince K. Koretsky founded a Catholic church (the foundations have been preserved). After the War of Independence, when the Polish government returned to these lands, the Pototskys, Lyaskovskys, Lubomirskys, Branitskys argued for the inheritance of the Koretskys.
