Museum of the History of Fire Engineering, Kyiv

The Kyiv Museum of the History of Fire Engineering was opened on the basis of the 25th State Fire and Rescue Unit of the Obolon district of Kyiv, which at the time of its opening in the 1970s. was the largest in Europe. A unique collection of special equipment, fire and rescue equipment and tools from the tsarist era to the present, badges and awards of firefighters are presented. In particular, you can see the first fire truck, which appeared in Kiev in 1913, as well as the famous Soviet-made fire truck based on the ZIS-130 truck. The Fire Museum receives guests free of charge by appointment.

Київський музей історії пожежної техніки відкрито на базі 25-ї Державної пожежно-рятувальної частини Оболонського району м. Києва, яка на момент відкриття у 1970-х роках. була найбільшою в Європі. Представлено унікальну колекцію спецтехніки, пожежно-рятувального обладнання та інструментів від царської епохи до сучасності, нагрудні знаки та нагороди пожежників. Зокрема, можна побачити перший пожежний автомобіль, який з'явився в Києві в 1913 р., а також знамениту пожежну машину радянського виробництва на базі вантажівки ЗІС-130. Музей пожежної справи приймає гостей безкоштовно за попереднім записом.
