The mansion of the forest industrialist S. Mohyltsev in Pechersk Lypky is nicknamed the "Chocolate House" for the color and texture of the exterior walls. The author of the project is called the academician of architecture V. Nikolaev. Unique interiors are made in different artistic styles (modern, renaissance, gothic, baroque). In Soviet times, the house was used as a residential, then as a city wedding palace. Today, the Chocolate House is a branch of the Kyiv National Art Gallery.
