Перший в Україні музей сучасної абстрактної скульптури створив у Брюховичах видатний український художник, скульптор-модерніст Михайло Дзиндра, який прожив більшу частину життя в США. Розробку проєкту та фінансування будівництва взяв на себе сам художник. Основою експозиції стали скульптури, які він привіз з Америки. Серед виставлених у музеї робіт майстра - ефектні скульптури "Закохані" та "Медовий місяць", скульптурні портрети жінок, "Переляканий солдат" та ще близько 800 скульптур. Музей модерної скульптури Михайла Дзиндри є відділом Львівської національної галереї мистецтв.
