A village on the banks of the Southern Bug, 5 km from Medzhybizh, next to the Vinnitsa-Khmelnitsky highway. In the beginning. XVI century the crown hetman N. Senyavsky built the "Rakochi" fortress, which existed for about 30 years and was destroyed in 1566 during the invasion of the Crimean Tatars (the ramparts are well preserved, excavations are underway). At the same time, the Spaso-Preobrazhensky convent was founded, which is now operating. The wooden Church of the Intercession was built in 1750. The Metropolitan of Kiev and All Ukraine, Primate of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate Vladimir (Sabodan) is from these places. In Soviet times, a recreational zone was created on the shore of the reservoir, there are modern recreation centers.
