Braniv

A village on the highway Zhitomir-Rivne, between Korets and Goscha. It has been known since 1585. The name Branev is probably connected with the fact that there was a kind of battlefield here (there are many ancient graves in the vicinity). Sightseeing - Intercession Church. Село на трасі Житомир-Рівне, між Корцем і Гощею. Відоме з 1585 року. Ймовірно назва Бранів пов'язана з тим, що тут було якесь поле брані (в околицях багато стародавніх могил). Пам'ятка - Покровська церква. Розвивається інфраструктура придорожнього сервісу: мотель, АЗС.
