Dzvyniach

The village of Dzvinyach is located at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains, between Bogorodchany and Solotvin. Residents have long worked at the Solotvinsky salt pans. During the liberation war of 1648-1654. The detachments of S. Vysochan formed here took possession of the Pnevsky castle. Later Oleksa Dovbush's oprishki detachments operated here. In the XIX century. Austrian industrialists organized the extraction of ozokerite, which remains the main production today. Near the village there is a bunker, in which in 1952 the poet of the UPA Mark Boeslav (M. Dyachenko) fought the last battle.

Село Дзвиняч розташоване біля підніжжя Карпатських гір, між Богородчанами та Солотвиним. Жителі здавна працювали на солотвинських солеварнях. Під час визвольної війни 1648-1654 рр. сформовані тут загони С. Височана захопили Пнівський замок. Пізніше тут діяли загони опришків Олекси Довбуша. У XIX ст. австрійські промисловці організували видобуток озокериту, який залишається основним виробництвом і зараз. Поруч з селом знаходиться бункер, в якому у 1952 році прийняв останній бій поет УПА Марк Боєслав (М. Дяченко).
