The village of Malyutyanka is located in a picturesque area at the edge of a forest 15 km north of Vasilkov, near Glevakha (highway E-95 (M-05) "Kiev-Odessa"). Село Малютянка розташоване в мальовничій місцевості на узліссі в 15 км на північ від Василькова, поруч з Глевахою (траса Е-95 (М-05) "Київ-Одеса"). Відоме з 1565 року як Малі Глевахи або Малютки у власності Михайлівського Золотоверхого монастиря в Києві. В XVIII ст. в результаті секуляризації церковних земель Малютянка стала державним селом. Історія села тісно пов'язана з ім'ям видатного українського живописця М. Пимоненка. Ще 11-річним хлопчиком він допомагав батькові-іконописцю розписувати церкви в Малютянці та Боярці. З 1888 року по 1911 рік Пимоненко з родиною щоліта проводив сезон в Малютянці. На місці майстерні, де творив художник, на кошти жителів села в 1997 році відкрито музей Пимоненка.
