The village of Romashkovka is a small settlement near the Rivne-Lutsk highway. The village was founded in 1577. In the 17th century. on the site of the old Cossack cemetery, a wooden Assumption Church was built, which burned down during the Soviet era, but was recently restored. Romashkovka is known to tourists as a transit point when traveling to Poland thanks to a large restaurant and hotel complex located along the highway.
