A large village in the picturesque valley of the river. Belbek, on the Yalta-Bakhchisarai highway. The time of its origin is unknown, it was first mentioned as the settlement of Albat in the documents of the 18th century. In 1879, the owner of the estate I. Roguley built the Church of the Intercession of the Virgin (the original one has not survived, recently rebuilt). In 1944, the Crimean Tatar part of the population was deported, the village was renamed Kuibyshevo. Now there is a mosque and an Orthodox church in the village. Рогулею була споруджена церква Покрова Богородиці (оригінальна не збереглася, недавно відбудована наново). У 1944 році кримськотатарська частина населення була депортована, село перейменоване на Куйбишеве. Зараз в селищі діють мечеть і православна церква. Розвивається туристична інфраструктура. У 2016 році селищу повернуто історичну назву Албат.
