The resort village of Ponizovka is located on the Black Sea coast between Simeiz and Foros, on the territory of Big Yalta (South Coast). The village is surrounded by three capes: Kikeneiza, Uzuna and Trinity. The main ridge of the Crimean mountains protects it from the cold northern winds.
