Trybukhy

The picturesque village of Tribukhi on the river. Zgarka is located 15 km south of Khmelnik, not far from the Vinnitsa - Khmelnytsky highway. It was first mentioned in documents of the 16th century, in 1530 it belonged to the Khmelnytsky head office. According to legend, the current village of Tribukhi appeared after the defeat of the previously existing town of the same name, which was located to the north of the modern village, on the banks of the Ponomarenka stream. Now, in the fields in this place, pieces of tiles are found, possibly related to the Trypillian culture.

Мальовниче село Трибухи на річці Згарка розташоване в 15 км на південь від Хмільника, недалеко від траси Вінниця - Хмельницький. Вперше згадується в документах XVI ст., в 1530 році належало до Хмельницького староства. За переказами, нинішнє село Трибухи з'явилося після розгрому існувавшого раніше давнього однойменного містечка, яке знаходилося на північ від сучасного села, на березі струмка Пономаренки. Тепер в полях на цьому місці знаходять шматки черепиці, які, можливо, належать ще до трипільської культури.
