A village on the Khmelnytsky-Vinnitsa highway, between Letychiv and Litin. Known since the 15th century. The old cemetery church has been preserved. In 1912 the Ukrainian writer N. Stelmakh was born here. Every year in May, a literary holiday is held to mark the writer's birthday. The memorial museum-library of Stelmakh works. The roadside service infrastructure is being developed.
Село на трасі Хмельницький-Вінниця, між Летичевом і Літином. Відоме з XV ст. Збереглася стара цвинтарна церква. В 1912 році тут народився український письменник М. Стельмах. Щорічно в травні проходить літературне свято до дня народження письменника. Працює меморіальний музей-бібліотека Стельмаха. Розвивається інфраструктура придорожнього сервісу.

The Mykhailo Stelmakh Literary Memorial Museum was opened in the homeland of the outstanding Ukrainian writer in a building specially built in 1989. On the ground floor there is a library and a reading room. The second floor is occupied by six exhibition halls and Stelmakh's memorial office from the Irpin dacha. The collection includes the writer's personal belongings, documents, photographs, films, furniture and books from Stelmakh's personal library. Every year a literary festival is held for the writer's birthday. Visitors can visit the territory of the memorial estate, where the house of the Stelmakh family is located.
