Yats'kivka

A small village on the bank of the Krasnooskolsk Reservoir, 15 km north of Svyatogorsk. Founded in the 18th century. the surviving defenders of the Tsareborisov outpost destroyed by the Tatars. According to legend, the founder of the village was the Cossack Yatsko, where the name comes from. The village is surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests, which makes it an attractive recreational area. There are many recreation centers, summer cottages and private cottages.

Маленьке село на березі Краснооскольського водосховища, в 15 км на північ від Святогірська. Засноване в XVIII ст. захисниками зруйнованого татарами Цареборисівська форпосту, які залишилися серед живих. За легендою, засновником села був козак Яцко, звідки пішла назва. Село оточують листяні та хвойні ліси, що роблять його привабливою рекреаційною зоною. Тут багато баз відпочинку, дач і приватних котеджів.
