Chonhar

The young village of Chongar is located near the Chongar Isthmus at the entrance to the Crimea from Melitopol. Founded in 1922 as the central estate of the "Georgia" collective farm. The village is located 3 km from the coast of the Azov Sea and not far from the Black Sea Sivash Bay, but there is practically no resort infrastructure here. There is a popular fish market near the checkpoint at the entrance to Crimea.

Молоде село Чонгар розташоване біля Чонгарського перешийка на в'їзді в Крим з боку Мелітополя. Засноване в 1922 році в якості центральної садиби колгоспу "Грузія". Село знаходиться в 3 км від берега Азовського моря і недалеко від чорноморської затоки Сиваш, але курортної інфраструктури тут практично немає. Біля КП на в'їзді в Крим функціонує популярний рибний базар.
